Going back to her Russian roots with the collection, it was evident in the peasant blouses, bonnets with a twist of a theatrical vibe that Surgeenko was eager to impress, and impress she did. The theatricality of the collection furthermore reinforced her deserved place on the Paris couture schedule. What would Paris couture week be without theatricality? The exquisite tailoring, beautiful silks and perfect combination of theatricality and modern chic, the show was a complete mixture of Russia meets Hollywood.
