Summer is here (although the grey clouds and low temperatures here in England suggest otherwise) which means it’s time to revamp our Winter wardrobes – If you live in most other countries you would’ve done this months ago, but this is the land where Spring and Autumn do not exist; the months simply seem to have no definition. Below are my top picks for Spring and Summer – I am absolutely loving the new collection from & Other Stories, I want every single piece!
So with no earphones or book to entertain me on my train ride back to uni, I had to succumb (quite willingly) to the internet. Mainly the “shopping” corner of the internet. You know, that place that somehow lures you in every time you log on and whoops! suddenly you have another pair of jeans that you don’t need, three more lipsticks and a whole chunk missing from your bank account. Guilty as charged.
Whilst I did go on a spree somewhere between Stevenage and King’s Cross, I also held back and didn’t buy EVERYTHING I wanted. Here is a few things I could’ve bought to depress my bank account further.
It’s no secret that I’m an avid fan of AllSaints, always have been; and their latest collection is making my heart beat faster, causing palpitations. Well okay, maybe not quite as graphic as that but it’s a similar sensation. I needed to write about their newest collection, pieces of which I WILL be purchasing for myself as I can’t seem to be able to click off the website without making a purchase. Naughty me. My bank balance will be wailing. Oh well, all in the name of fashion, right?
I NEED those leather skirts and isn’t that embellished dress to die for?!

Here’s my top picks from my many hours spent browsing Pinterest while I should have been doing something normal people would perceive as being productive. *sigh* Follow me on Pinterest here.
Only I could go to a place where there are no shops and still find things to buy. Yes, only I could do that. And that is exactly what I did yesterday at The O2 Arena. Baring in mind this is a concert venue with an array of restaurants (not shops) for its visitors. Luckily for me though, there was a very small market taking place and I managed to purchase a beautiful vintage lace miniskirt from the LilyJLondon stall and two leather studded cuffs from another handmade goods stall.
How did I still manage to spend money on sartorial items at a concert that weren’t merchandise?! For more info on LilyJLondon go to www.lilyjlondon.com, there’s some beautiful pieces for Spring on there, all crafted from the finest vintage lace in London, inexpensive too! They also have stores in Camden Market so go check them out!
Here are my recent orders from Sammy Dress! Browsing sammydress.com is my ultimate sartorial guilty pleasure. I never leave the site without placing an order! Some of these things I have yet to receive, but couldn’t wait to blog about them! Go to SAMMYDRESS to view thousands of cheap and gorgeous items!
