I played tourist in my own city, Cambridge, this week; as well as reminiscing from a holiday to Sorrento, Italy whilst gradually welcoming the cooler autumn months after a pretty much non-existent summer… Follow me on Instagram here.
Dressing for Paris in the at the height of summer can prove to be difficult, starting with the scorching heat in the busiest areas of tourist-laden locations, staying cool is paramount. Cobbled streets in Paris are a feast for the eyes, but a beast for the feet – especially if, like me, you live in sandals in the summer. So staying cool, comfortable and still dressed up enough to feel nice is a formula that’s not so easy to put together. Below is a little rundown of the outfits I wore for our three-day trip.
I feel like a whole big chunk of my life is made up of wishlists. Wishlists for clothing. Wishlists for travel. Wishlists for food. Wishlists for pretty much every aspect of life that I am yet to have. Avenue 32 asked me to create a wishlist of items I love the most on their website, so I thought that on this fine Sunday, I would bring you said list.
My student loan will be a no-show once I’ve got my hands on that Jerome Dreyfuss bag. SJP is apparently a fan and that’s enough for me. And let’s face it, there’s no need to convince me to buy anything from J Brand.
So basically, Avenue 32 is where I’ve spent the past hour wishing, however some of these items are just a bit too nice not to make that wish into a reality, right? And I pinned that Eudon Choi dress a while back (Pinterest being my main source for wishing) and now I’ve found it Avenue 32…..
On a side note, I’ve been following Ascia of The Hybrids blog for over a year now and back in February she posted this on the blog, an outfit featuring the Joshua Sanders slip-ons, and don’t they look divine?! Ascia calls them her mermaid shoes and I couldn’t think of a better name.
Well I know where my next pay check will be heading.

I had such a fab time in Alcudia, Majorca that I thought I’d share my Instagram photos on here! I stayed at the Hotel Maritimo in Playa de Muro which I would highly recommend if you are looking on going for a relaxing break there. The hotel was great, food was amazing and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or attentive.
Here’s a small collage of photos from my week in Alcudia, 27th June – 4th July. I’ll do another post on the things I bought whilst I was there!

So I haven’t been feeling well for the past week (having MAJOR girly issues… Say no more) and whenever I’m feeling down and low or ill and in need of a pick-me-up I always turn to Pinterest. Well in all honesty I turn to Pinterest whenever I’m feeling anything, but illness in particular is a good excuse for some down-time and therefore a good ol’ all night Pinterest sesh. So here is my (extra long) Pinterest post for you, all of which are photos that help add a spring to my step and a smile to my face. Enjoy! Follow me on Pinterest HERE.
